To operate the Field Terminal, The Agency requires specific telemetry from your device. We do not collect this data to sell you shoes. We collect it to verify you are a valid operative.

🛰️ GPS Coordinates

Purpose: Gameplay Mechanics.

We track your precise location in real-time. Without this, you are just a person looking at a map of a city you are already in. Location data is processed instantly and stored only for Leaderboard Verification.

📷 Optical Sensors (Camera)

Purpose: Target Acquisition.

We access your camera feed ONLY when you activate "Scanner Mode". We do not record your personal life. We have seen your selfies; frankly, they are not of strategic value.

📱 Device Fingerprint

Purpose: Anti-Fraud & Security.

We record your IP address, device model, and OS version to prevent the "Highlander" exploit (Multi-accounting).

02 // 02 // DIGITAL TRACERS (COOKIES)

Our servers deploy small alphanumeric text files (Cookies) to your device. These are not snacks.

Session Tokens: Necessary. They keep you logged in. Without them, you would have to type your password every time you moved 5 meters.
Analytics Beacons: Optional. They help us understand if agents prefer Mission A or Mission B.

ADVISORY: We do not use "Marketing Cookies". We are spies, not telemarketers. We will never serve you ads for washing machines.

03 // 03 // ALLIED AGENCIES (THIRD PARTIES)

We do not operate in a vacuum. We rely on external infrastructure providers. We trust them, but we verify.

Your data may pass through:

Satellite Imaging Providers: (e.g., Google/Mapbox) to render the tactical map.
Cloud Storage Facilities: Where our encrypted databases sleep.

We do not sell, trade, or give your data to unauthorized entities. Leakage of Agency data is punishable by permanent exile.

Under the Global Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and Agency Protocol 99, you possess the following clearance levels:

The "Ghost" Protocol (Right to Erasure)

You may request the complete deletion of your dossier. We will wipe your account, your scores, and your logs from our mainframe. It will be as if you never existed.

Warning: This action is irreversible. You cannot "undelete" a burned asset.

The "Dossier" Request (Right to Access)

You may demand a copy of all intel we hold on you. We will provide a JSON file containing your movement history and mission logs.
