ENGAGEMENT PROTOCOLS
OPERATIONAL DIRECTIVE 77-B: The following document constitutes a legally binding agreement between THE OPERATIVE (hereinafter referred to as "You" or "The Asset") and THE AGENCY (hereinafter referred to as "Us", "The System", or "That Which Watches").
By accessing the Mission Terminal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the risks inherent in field operations. Ignorance of these protocols is not an excuse; it is a liability.
01 // 01 // PHYSICAL INTEGRITY WAIVER
The Agency provides digital intelligence overlaying the physical world. However, The Agency does not control the physical world. Physics is a harsh mistress.
- You acknowledge that sprinting while looking at a screen may result in Sudden Deceleration Trauma.
- The Agency is not liable for injuries caused by: moving vehicles, stationary walls, open manholes, angry dogs, or your own stupidity.
- If you die during a mission, your account will be deleted to save server space. No refunds will be issued to your next of kin.
02 // 02 // CODE OF CONDUCT (THE "BURN" LIST)
We tolerate creativity. We do not tolerate treason. The following actions will result in an immediate Burn Notice (Permanent Ban):
- GPS Spoofing: Teleportation technology does not exist yet. If you move from Rome to Milan in 3 seconds, we know you are cheating.
- Civilian Harassment: Do not alarm non-combatants. If the local police contact us regarding your behavior, we will disavow all knowledge of your operation.
- Multi-Accounting: One Agent, One Identity. Creating clone accounts is a violation of the Highlander Protocol.
03 // 03 // DATA SURVEILLANCE & PRIVACY
You are a spy. You should assume you are being watched.
- Location Data: Yes, we track your location. That is literally the point of the game. If you are paranoid about tracking, destroy your smartphone and move to a cave.
- Camera Access: We access your optic sensors only during active "Scanning Mode". We do not record your bathroom breaks. The Agency has standards.
- Data Sharing: We do not sell your data to third parties. We keep it for our own internal analysis.

All mission data, maps, lore, and code are the property of The Agency. You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive license to view this intel.
Copying, reverse-engineering, or distributing our proprietary algorithms will result in legal action conducted by lawyers who are significantly more ruthless than our field operatives.
05 // 05 // TERMINATION OF SERVICE
The Agency reserves the right to terminate your access at any time, for any reason, or for no reason at all.
Possible reasons for termination include: cheating, inactivity, server maintenance, cosmic events, or the sudden collapse of modern civilization.
