⚠️ AGENT WARNING: Accessing and using the Xyhop terminal constitutes unconditional acceptance of this contract. Read security protocols carefully.

1. Service Acceptance

Xyhop is a browser-based geolocation game ("The Service"). By creating an account (hereinafter "Dossier") or accessing the system, the user ("Agent") agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Physical Safety & Liability

Since Xyhop requires real-world movement, physical safety is the top priority.

SECURITY PROTOCOL: The Agent agrees to play at their own risk.

Traffic Laws: Interacting with the game interface while driving vehicles is strictly prohibited.
Awareness: The Agent must always pay attention to surroundings, avoiding obstacles, traffic, and hazards.
Private Property: Game targets are virtually generated. It is never necessary or permitted to trespass on private property or restricted areas to reach a target.
Liability Waiver: Xyhop and its developers are not responsible for injuries, property damage, or legal violations committed while using the Service.

3. Rules of Conduct (Fair Play)

The system monitors operational integrity. Violations will result in an immediate ban ("Dishonorable Discharge").

3.1 GPS Spoofing & Automation

Falsifying location is prohibited.

Using "Fake GPS" or "Teleport" apps is forbidden. The system automatically detects impossible travel speeds (e.g., > 180 km/h instantly).
Using bots, scripts, emulators (e.g., Bluestacks), or automation tools to interact with the game is forbidden.

3.2 Authorized Devices

As indicated by error code 0x99, field missions require a mobile device (Smartphone/Tablet) equipped with GPS and Camera. Desktop use is limited to profile administration functions only.

3.3 Behavior

Choosing offensive Usernames, harassing other players via challenge systems, or attempting to hack server infrastructure (e.g., SQL Injection, DDoS attacks) is prohibited.

4. Account & Security

The Agent is responsible for safeguarding their password ("Access Cipher").
Sharing accounts with third parties to gain leaderboard advantages is prohibited.
Xyhop reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts inactive for over 12 months.

5. Premium Content & Virtual Goods

The game may include "Premium" missions or unlockable access codes.

Virtual items, ranks (e.g., Rank S, A, B), and mission access have no real-world monetary value.
Selling, trading, or transferring accounts or game progress for real money is not allowed.
All redeemed codes ("Redeem Code") are single-use and subject to availability.

6. Intellectual Property

All site content (source code, "Tactical UI" design, text, logos, and narratives) is the exclusive property of Xyhop.

A limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the Service for personal entertainment purposes is granted.
Copying, modifying, distributing, or reverse engineering the software is prohibited.

7. Account Cancellation

The Agent may terminate the service at any time:

Using the "Decommission Profile" function in settings.
This action is irreversible ("Burn Notice" Protocol) and will result in the permanent deletion of all progress, leaderboards, and personal data.

8. Service Modifications

Xyhop is an evolving project ("Operational Beta"). We reserve the right to:

Modify or remove features, missions, or objectives without notice.
Interrupt the service temporarily for maintenance or permanently.
Update these Terms. Continued use of the game after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Insert Nation]. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of [Insert City].
